skin on your feet.
¼ cup sugar (white or brown sugar. I prefer brown because it smells heavenly!)
¼ cup sweet almond oil
6 drops orange essential oil
1 drop ginger essential oil
1 teaspoon powdered cayenne pepper
Place sugar and almond oil in a bowl; mix well. Add orange oil and ginger oil; mix
all ingredients together. Finally, stir in cayenne pepper.

¼ cup sweet almond oil
2 drops peppermint essential oil

Put sea salt and almond oil in a bowl; mix well until it holds well. If the mixture

peppermint oil and lavender oil. Combine all ingredients together.
Homemade Healing Aloe Vera Honey Leg Scrub
Aloe vera gel is a well known remedy that helps speed up healing for severely cracked
or dry heels. Oatmeal is hypoallergenic, and helps to soften as well as relieving
the itchy sensation that dry skin can cause. Honey provides anti-aging Vitamins C
and E, which nourish dry scaly skin and make them feel really smooth.
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons ground oatmeal
2 tablespoons aloe vera gel
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 teaspoon olive oil
Grind the oatmeal in a food processor until you get a sandy consistency. Place ground
oats and remaining ingredients in a bowl. Mix everything well, until the mixture
looks like a paste.
To use, wet your feet, including ankles and calf. Then massage them with a handful
of your DIY natural foot scrub, using circular movements. Rinse off completely with
warm water. Towel dry and finally apply a rich lotion on your feet to lock in moisture.
