mixed greens, to garnish
¾ cup soy sauce
¼ cup orange marmalade
¼ cup fresh orange juice
¼ cup white wine
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 small knob fresh ginger, chopped

How to make baked pork ribs
Separate pork ribs into individual riblets by cutting down between the bones.
Place sauce ingredients in a saucepan, heat over low fire until you get a thick-like
gravy. Remove from heat.
Marinade pork ribs with the sauce for 1 hour. Remove pork ribs; reserve marinade.
Place pork ribs on a baking sheet, bake in a preheated oven 350°F for 10 minutes.
Brush reserved sauce on the pork ribs (repeat this every 10 minutes), cover with
aluminum foil and bake for about 30 to 40 minutes, or until cooked. Enjoy!
