What can I do to fix my bad haircut? My hairstylist did a bad job and cut my hair way too short. I asked for Emma Watson's cute pixie crop but he didn't listen and got it all wrong! The new haircut makes my round face appear even rounder and I look really fat in pictures! I'm very upset and desperate to find out what's the best way to make my hair grow out faster. Please help! – Tracy, Oklahoma.
Hi Tracy,
I'm sorry to hear about your bad hair experience but don't let it ruin your day because your hair will grow back over time and longer hair will slim down a chubby face.
I think there's something you should know about pixie crops. I personally feel that
a pixie cut is not flattering on round-
For round faces, long hair – long bob and long layered cut – is best. You want to

Although your hair won't magically grow long overnight, it's possible to speed up hair growth with a well balanced diet and proper hair care routine. However, keep in mind that your genes play a significant role in determining how quickly your hair grows.
1. What you eat will affect how fast your hair grows. If your diet is unhealthy and rich in saturated fats – chips, pizzas, cookies and chocolates, you deprive your tresses of the many essential Vitamins and nutrients it needs to grow faster and stronger.
Eating the right kinds of foods will reward you with beautiful, shiny, luscious locks.
You want to consume protein-
Also, make sure to add B Vitamins, particularly pantothenic acid (Vit B5) and biotin (Vit B7) into your daily diet. B Vitamins are found in many foods including liver, green leafy vegetables, oatmeal, wheat germ and diary products.
2. If you've greasy hair, you should wash your hair more often (but not more than once a day) to remove buildup of excess oil , dirt and grime that can clog hair follicles and interfere with hair growth.
If you've no time for a shampoo everyday, I suggest you use a dry shampoo (hair powder) to absorb oil and leave your hair looking clean and smelling fresh.
3. You should use a good quality shampoo and conditioner that is suitable for your hair type and texture. For example, if your hair is dry and feels like straw, you want to opt for shampoos specifically formulated for dry hair type to add moisture while nourishing your hair and scalp. If you use the wrong shampoo or conditioner over a long period of time, it may cause your scalp and hair to dry out, which contributes to slow growing hair.
You might want to avoid shampoos that contain sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS), which is rumored to be associated with hair loss.
In addition, scented hair products may trigger allergic in some people and cause hair problems such as itchy scalp and dandruff. Dandruff can make your hair fall out more easily.
4. Massaging your scalp everyday is one of the best ways to make hair grow faster naturally. Not only it improves circulation to supply essential nutrient to your hair and stimulate hair growth, scalp massage also takes away daily stress and tension. Studies have shown that too much emotional or physical stress is linked to hair loss in both men and women.
You can use virgin coconut oil, olive oil, castor oil, or any type of oil that contains Vitamin E. Grapeseed oil, for example, is an excellent scalp massage oil as it contains linoleic acid, which helps encourage hair growth and prevent hair loss.

5. Everyone knows the health benefits of regular exercise, but do you know that it will also help hair grow faster? Exercising on a regular basis speeds up metabolism and improve blood circulation, thereby resulting faster hair growth.
I encourage you to take up a sport – skating, biking, dancing or hula hooping – as your hobby and get that Rapunzel long hair that you want.
1. Talk to your hairstylist and let him know you're not completely satisfied with his work. Be nice about it and don't raise your voice or get angry. If you trust your stylist to save the bad haircut, go back to the salon within 48 hours as most stylists will fix a bad hair cut at no additional charge.
Communication is the key to avoid a bad hair experience so next time before your
hairstyle snip off your locks, ask him if the haircut or hairstyle you want will
work with your hair type and your lifestyle. For example, if you usually don't have
time to style your hair in the morning, I suggest you stick with easy-
Also, ask if the haircut you're after flatters your face shape. A haircut that looks good on Megan Fox (oval face shape) doesn't mean it'll work for you. And, if you decide to color your hair, make sure it compliments your skin tone and eye color.
2. Since there's nothing much you can do but wait patiently for your hair to grow back, why not pull out whatever is in bathroom drawer – curling iron, hair dryer, flat iron – and experiment with different hair styling products like waxes, gels and pomades.
You can apply a bit of hair mousse (or hair sculpting lotion) and scrunch to create a sexy "beach" look. To give yourself a more edgy look, spritz a little hair spray on the top of your hair, then use a fine comb and tease, or curl your hair if you want a romantic feminine style. I'm sure you'll find a style that you like and at the same hide a bad haircut until it grows out.
3. If you've have the money to blow, consider professionally done 100% human hair extensions. Alternatively, go for cheaper options such as clip in hair extensions (synthetic hair), which can be purchased at your local beauty supply store or online for a small price.
There are many other things that you can use to deal with a bad haircut. If you're feeling bold and funky, or plan to party the night away with your girlfriends, surprise them by putting on a colored wig! If your stylist cut your bangs too short, no worries, bang wigs are your best friends.
4. Here's one more creative way to hide a haircut. You can jazz up it with various
hair accessories such as glamorous bling headbands, pretty hair pins and clips, cute
